John Gleeson, Tiperrary 1840

I am looking for information on this Gleeson family. Patrick Gleeson and his son John born in Tiperrary 1840. I don't know his wife's name or other children. I do know the came to England during the Potato Famine on a 'Pig' boat (in other words they were poor and travelled with transported animals), and John was illiterate.
Does any one out their know anything????
