Most Gleesons in Ireland from Tipperary County - North riding; many also from adjoining counties of Limerick and to a less extent Clare cork and Galway. Gleesons in other counties mainly due to internal migration. Dublin city in recent years would have a significant no. -other large towns and cities would also have some migrants
