Hey, Cousin. Been a long time since we had a picnic in Great Grandma's backyard, huh? In case you don't remember, I'm Dorothy Voss' grandaughter. Don's my dad.

Want the info I have? This is from my Aunt Vivian, who got it from Great Grandma herself.

Mary Ann Gleason was born 10-24-1880 in Council Bluffs, IA.

Her father was Walter Scott Gleason, born 7-30,1837 in Port Henry, NY. Her mother was Her mother was Hannah Jane Hudspeth. Date and place of birth are unknown. She married WSG on 6-4-1876 in Franklin, MO. She died in 1883.

WSG's father was Northrup Clark Gleason (b. 6-15-1809 in either Port Henry, Ticonderoga, or Troy, NY, d. 5-14-1884) His mother was Lavinia Benjamine who died in May of 1838.

Aunt Vivian said Northrup Clark Gleason was the son of Ebenezer Gleason and Pheobe Clark. The latter is supposed to out of the famous Clark family but Aunt Vivian couldn't track down the connection before she died. I have her notes, but haven't been able to get any further than she did.

Leslie
