Dear Skip,
I am unable to email you at the address you sent me. My message keeps getting returned as undeliverable.
Basically, I told you that I just don't know anymore about Mary Gleason than what I put on the site in my original message. My Mother's father, Wayne Leon Hartigan, was killed in a railroading "accident" when she was 10 days old and nobody in the family would even speak of her G'father, John J. Hartigan. My Mother is 82 now, was the baby of the family by at least 10 years, and there is nobody left to ask for information. We know that he (John) was born in Columbus, OH, in 1852. The only reason we have the names of John's parents, Mary Gleason and Hugh Hartigan is from a letter by my Mother's Aunt Emily Hartigan. She was Wayne's sister as I understand it.
Sorry I couldn't be anymore help than that. When I say I need help, I REALLY need help, eh?
Thank you for your response.
