I am looking for information on this James Gleason (b. ca 1825 NY) who is found in the 1860, 1870, and 1880 Federal census for Ingham County, Michigan in the Leslie Twp (see below). Married to Eliza J.
Trying to find out if he and his wife are the parents of Elizabeth Gleason who married David Stevens of NY and later Michigan. Their daughter Emma Jean Stevens married Franklin D. Ackles in 1885 in North Star, Gratiot, MI.
