Levi Gleason, ca. 1815, NE Penn.

Looking for information about the birthplace, birthdate (perhaps baround 1815?) and parentage of my great-great grandfather, Levi Gleason (wife: Lucinda Howard). Probably born in northeastern PA. Levi and Lucinda had at least one son: James Jasper Gleason (b. 1842, d. 1911), enlisted man in Company I, 104th Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry (GAR). Attempting to find if there is ultimately a link with Pioneer Thomas Gleason (Leeson), 1607, ofSulgrave, England, reference the Gleason Geneology ed. White. Levi may be interred in the Hambletville Cemetery, just north of Deposit, NY.
