Seeking info on ancestors of Orlo & Sarah Gleason, b. 187?'s, emmigrated to Newaygo County, Michigan from Geaugua county Ohio. Lived around Beaver Twsp. same county. Their son, Dean Gleason was my Gr Grandfather.

Legend reports (2) branches of Gleasons emmigrated from Geaugua Co, Ohio, to Newaygo Co., MI. Neither claims kinship to the other. Both branches settled NW/4 of county near Volney and buried in Volney cemetery. ?Scottish descent??
