HI FRANK;
Sorry,I should have given Austin a birth year. He was born about 1818 in Conn. He was in New york around 1840 and then in Bradford Co Pa during the 1850s and early 1860s.He and Margaret moved to Grundy Co Iowa about 1865. They had several children,among them, Charity, Daniel,Phoebe,Sheldon, Samuel, Alvin , and Harriet and Emmeline. My family decends from Charity. Would like to find the maiden name of his wife Margaret. She was from New York, or so the census say.Phoebe married Amos Porter. Also another girl named Deborah was born to Austin and Margaret. Thanks for your interest though.
