Andrew Williams Gleason, artist
Posted by: Cynthia Rodriguez (ID *****7254) Date: December 02, 2010 at 17:41:31

Andrew Williams Gleason was an artist who made drawings and paintings of the Adirondack mountains and Lake Piseco in NY. In one of his sketchbooks is his name with the dates 1838-1885 and the word (brother) in parenthesis. Family lore indicates these sketchbooks were passed down from a grandmother to daughter and ended up in California. Looking for connections to Gleason family to help a family figure out this mystery. I've searched all the most probable data bases but nothing falls into perfect place and my information is sparse. Any one with a line on this family connection? Thanks, Cynthia Couch Rodriguez
