Here is the information I found at www.newenglandancestors.org of which I am a subscriber:

Boston Births - 1856 vol. 91 page 116

Thomas GLEASON
August 19, 1856
son of Cornelius and Mary
residence Belcher Lane

Boston Marriages - 1852 vol. 62 page 4

Cornelius GLEASON age 30 son of Mich'l, born in Ireland, married on January 6, 1852 to Mary KEEFE age 20 daughter of Thos., born in Ireland.

They were in MN by 1860 census. I also found an interesting article re Michael GLEASON/GLEESON (b. ca 1854 in MA). It is in PDF format so I can email to you directly if you wish.
