Hi Terry,
There is no "Gleason" look - nor for any other family for that matter. Remember that a child shares DNA from both its mother and father - and only half of that can be Gleason. Going back to the grandparents only one quarter is Gleason - and on and on and on.
If your family goes back ten generations, for example you would have over 1000 grandparents! Only ten of them would be Gleasons!
Now, if you live in an area where everyone pretty much looks alike, then you might be able to imagine a certain "look" but that would be more racial or sub-racial than family.
