My gggrandfather was Thomas Gleeson who married Anna Ryan in Tipperary, Irl. They had a daughter Catherine Gleeson about 1829. She married a Cornelius ORourke. They had 8 children. Most were born in and around Silvermines, Tipperary. In or about 1870 the family came to the USA. I am told Catherine's siblings went to Australia. Does any of this sound familiar to you. Their daughter was Catherine O Rourke who married Jim Dolan. Please let me know if any of this sounds familiar. thanks. Mary Ann at Blarney3@aol.com
