Hi Jenni- do you know any dates of when your gr grandfather came to the states? Have you found parents names yet? My ggg grandfather John Gleason came to the states from Ireland sometime around the 1840s. His wife's name was Mary and they also settled in Minnesota. I don't have record of a phillip in my line but I wonder if there might not be some connection. I don't know John or Mary's parents names, but I know most of their children I think. I haven't heard of that many Gleasons from Ireland that ended up in Minnesota, so let me know if any of this fits. Thanks.
