Last Will and Testament of Ira Glazier; Erie County Courthouse, Erie, Erie, PA:
McKean Erie Co. Penn. May 26th 1885 Know all men by these presents that I, Ira Glazier of McKean Erie Co. Penn. being in ill health, and of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make and publish this my last will and testament. I do will and bequeath to my daughter Ellen R Glazier all the property, real, personal or mixed, of which I shall die seized and possesed or to which I shall be entitled to at the time of my decease, on condition, that she (Ellen R Glazier) cares for and provides for my wife Mariah Glazier. This writing also certifies that my daughter Ellen has claims to the said property by personal services to her parents. I do nominate and appoint my daughter Ellen to be the executor of this my last will and testament. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the day and year above written.
