John 'Jay' Glascock, age 77, of Cherry Fork died Thursday, September 24, 2009.
He is survived by his wife, Wilma Jean Glascock; one son, Dennis Glascock of Georgetown; two granddaughters; a sister, Maxine Gulley of Ohio; several nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Monday, September 28, 2009 at 1:00 p.m. at the Thompsn-Meeker Funeral Home in West Union with Bill Cooper and Volley Reed officiating. Burial will follow at the Cherry Fork Cemetery with military graveside services by the Adams County Honor Guard. Visitation will be held Sunday at the funeal home from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Memorials may be made to the Liberty Chapel United Methodist Church or the Hospice of Hope in Maysville.
