Mr. ROBERT ASBERRY CURTIS
WEOGUFKA - Funeral service for Robert Asberry Curtis, 67, of Weogufka, will be at 2 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 28 at Curtis and Son North Chapel with the Rev. Thomas Wesson officiating. Visitation is from 5:30-8 p.m. on Sunday, Sept. 27 at Curtis and Son North Chapel.
Mr. Curtis died Friday, Sept. 25, 2009 at Coosa Valley Medical Center.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Christie Buttram, parents, Ira and Clara Curtis, and two sisters, Inez Ragsdale and Leona Williams.
He is survived by his special friend, Lucretia Butler, of Weogufka, two sisters, Hazel Kinder, of Childersburg, and Lois Williams, of Sylacauga, brother, Kenneth Curtis, of Childersburg, children, Bob Curtis, Tammy Curtis Turner, Cathy Curtis Hurst, Sherry Curtis, Jamie Curtis, Bobby Butler and wife, Patricia, Cindy Glasscock and husband, Chris, T.J. Butler and wife, Pam, caregiver, Rebecca Gibson and 27 grandchildren.
Curtis and Son Funeral Home North Chapel will direct the service.
