Hello April,
I don.t know if The Otto Glaser I knew was Jewish or not.He was a rather colorful character.I was a Military policeman and knew Otto when we both were assigned to Unino Train Station in St Louis in the 50s.
He would tell stories about the old bootleg days and how he would find a bottle of wiskey at his front door once a week.
I forgot to mention my father used to say we had some Jewish ancesters but this was never varified,
I know the neighborhood you mentiomed very well.I was raised in South St Louis.
