Gladden, Illinois, Texas

My side of the Gladden family is rather dark, and no one wants to talk. I can only tell you that my grandfater, whom I never met, was Grier ? Gladden. He married June Crawshaw in souther Illinois. Sons were John ? Gladden, Thomas ? Gladden (dec.), and my father, Donald C. Gladden. He and Jne were divorced, and he moved to the Chicago-area. If anyone has any clue on a Grier, please let me know. I'm dying here without knowing who I am, or where we came from. I bought one of those "Halbert's Family Heritage" books, and it didnt say squat about anything important. Please help!!!!

Thank, you
e-mail :

Also, Grier was buried in either Post Oak, TX or Burkburnett?, TX
