Michel Giroux, spouse of Elisabeth Tessier, died at Ste.Marie on 28 Dec 1821 at age 78 - cause of death: he froze to death. He was born circa 1743.
M.-Elisabeth Tessier is also known as M.-Elisabeth Tessier dit Laplante.

Michel Giroux married Elisabeth Tessier on 8 Feb 1773 at Beauport (la Nativité de Notre Dame church). He was the son of Joseph-Noel Giroux and Marie Duprac. She was the daughter of Jean-Baptiste Tessier and Angelique Garnier.
His line is traceable to Toussaint Giroux & Marie Godard.
