Hi, my name is Jeanette Leone Trzeciak. I am the granddaughter (i think) of Maurice N Girouard. My mother was adopted by Philias Henry Girourd/Grace Brauner in Washington dc in the 1930's. Philias was Maurices brother. My adopted grandparents kept this from my mother for years. It was told to us that Maurice had my mother out of wedlock and she was left in the hospital and eventually sent to st annes in Washington dc. Is this woman Laura Ann Smith a relation to u? I am looking for information on my biological grandmother. And maybe step brothers and sisters for my mother- Margaret Ann Girouard
