Arch Gibson was born in Hancock Co., TN in 1855 son of Willoby Gipson and Catherine. On the census Willoby is shown as the son of Charles and Oney Gipson, however, I believe Charles may have been married prior to Oney to Avy Gipson and possibly the first two children may have been from an earlier marriage. Do you have Willoby's death date or location? Thanks.
