Good old Isaac Ginn at Holly Springs Church

I have recently been to Holly Springs Church in Elbert Co. GA to visit Isaac's grave. The old stone is missing and replaced with a modern granite stone that reads:
Isaac Ginn
Born Between
1750-1755
Died Between
July 16 - Nov 1 1847

Anyone know who placed this new stone? My concern is that the birth date would make him almost 100 yrs old and that would be VERY unusual. Most web sites have him listed as born about 1790, died 1847.

I wonder if there is a generation in between...or just an incorrect date on the new stone
