Joseph was adopted before 1881 by Isaïe Gingras and Angélique Forget dit Despaties; I don't have his birth parents. I do not have parents listed for Cordelia.

Joseph and Cordelia were married 16 July 1888 in Montreal PQ. They had seven children (estimated birth year): Albert (1895), Anna (1897), Albertine (1898), Alphonse (1900), Elie (1900), Blanche (1900), Theodore (1907).
