I have a Christian Gingerich born 1802 married 1822 in Germany and died after 1869.
He married Katharina Otto. She died after 1871. They had a daughter, Magdalena born in Tavistock, Ontario in 1829.
Could this Christian possibly be a brother of your Peter who was also born in Germany in 1803?
