Someting happened and my posting did not have the name of Wiliam's third wife. She was Phebe Franklin, no marriage date. I spent some time searching but could not find the source of that information. According to my records William was only 16 years old when he first maried. His last child of tis marriage was born in Jan of 1901, she died in Feb of 1901 and he married almost immediately in March 1901. His second wife died in 1954 but they could have divorced afer their last child was born in 1919. So when did he marry Phebe? ,who knows???
