Marcus - Addl info - Ernest's son Robert married Velma Petersen. They had one son named Dennis. He later married Mildred (unknown last name), they had a daughter Pamela and a son Robbie. Pamela married Loren Haskell.

I have a copy of a letter written by Georgia Dillon Gilstrap (wife of Otto) that talks about the family history. In the letter she talks about two brother Gilstrap coming over from England and they fought under Washington. Following the revolution one brother came west and the other brother remained in the east. She talks about Philips great grandmother Elizabeth Fisher had a lineage that dated back to the Vikings period. She talks about over in Scotland was General Charles McRae Gilstrap, leader of the clan McRae. In 1933 General Gilstrap finished the restoration of the castle McRae. She also talks about royal honors are included in our family - Sir Joseph Gilstrap and an attache of King George's entourage. I don't know if any of the above is fact or family folklore - this is information that she sent to Philip and Irene Gilstrap for the book they were creating.
