I can not find a mmarriage for Frances Green Gilpin before his second marriage in Bedford CO. William came to KY before 1820 Census. I have copies of documents from Bedford Co. VA if you need them. We have visited the courthouse there. I would love to know his parents and his first wife. If I were guessing I would say Green may be a family name on his mothers side.
