MINDEN, LA - Funeral services for Faye Moore will be held Sunday October 4, 2009 at 2:30 pm at First Baptist Church West Chapel in Minden. Interment will follow at Arlington Cemetery in Homer. Family will receive friends 1 hour prior to service time at the church.
Faye was born August 26, 1921 in Homer and entered into rest October 2, 2009 in Minden.
Her husband of 59 years William M. Moore, Jr. preceded her in death.
She is survived by her daughter Kay Moore Dillon of Minden, grandsons Rod Dillon and wife Marsha of DeSoto, Texas, Doug Dillon and wife Sheri of Prosper, Texas, Dave Dillon and wife Norma of Paris, Texas and 5 great-grandchildren. Survived also by a sister Sue G. Sibley and her husband Tyrus of Shreveport, numerous nieces and nephews.
