Jerrilyn,I'm glad to see that you and Pete have made contact. I have been in touch with Pete for several years now. He does great work. We have shared lots of things about our Clymer/Gilmore family. As for the place where Lucinda is buired is a big question. It does not appear that the family placed a marker for her in any of the cemeteries near Amsville/Waldo Hills where the family was living at the time of her death. A few places have been mentioned in some of the written histories but no solid proof as to her final resting place. I have her as buried in Stipp Cem. as well but this is mainly from a family history and the memory of the person writting it. I'm making a trip to Indiana in August for visit the Allen Co Public Library. I hope to come up with some new information on the Gilmore line and the Hess line as well while I'm there. Jacob Hess' sisters had some family that settled in the Elkhart, IN area. Also it appears that several of his uncles may have lived in Cass Co. Michigan. Not too far from Fort Wayne, Allen Co. If I turn something up I'll let both you and Pete know. Enjoy the search.
Kathy
