I am looking for information on William and Elizabeth.
Is this William, William Gilliam and Mary Jarrett's
son? Could this be the missing piece of the puzzle to the parentage of Richard Gilliam who married Judith Stidham? We know William Gilliam and Elizabeth Ellis did not have children. They were at one time in North Carolina as were
the Howards. Nancy Ferguson lists her birth place as NC, who married Richard Gilliam/Gillam/Gillum.
I am still looking for any documents which list William
Gilliam, who married Susanna Barnett in Scott Co. VA, 1842,
parents. My William lists his grandparents from NC, and
his parents from VA.
Would appreciate any help on the Gilliam/Gillam/Gillum
mystery.
