yes it sounds likely doesn't it.

I have a record of three Archibalds. The baker in Achnabreck's grandfather was also Archibald and he married Helen Turner in Glassary on February 1, 1794. This sounds like the right generation to be brother to your Donald who married two years later. That Archibald (and also your Donald?) was son to yet another Archibald about which I know nothing.
