I may be able to help a little...I knew Debra and Drema Risner growing up. They use to live on Springmill Street. Mansfield is in Richland County Ohio. We live in a small community known as Little Kentucky, and Roseland. There are many Jarrell's in Mansfield. My mother grew up in Fort Gay WV. and I remember her talking about the Jarrells living near her. As a matter of fact There was a Willard and Elsie Pratt who lived on Flatbranch next to my uncle's house.I have a photo of them.
