Bill -

I got some info from Ancestory.com that Van Renssalaer Hale Gillet married Ruth Randall in Mentz (Port Byron) NY in 1828. That's my great-great gr'pa. I also got all their children but I'm stuck on where they really lived, who was Van's family (parents, siblings) or anything regarding where Van came from, what he did for a living, etc. I did get extensive info on Ruth Randall but need all and anything you have on Van's family and background. Sure would appreciate all you have. Thanks a bunch!
