Chester Gillette was born in 1883 in Montana. In 1906, in New York State, he murdered a girl named Grace Brown, was tried, convicted, and executed for the crime.
I am trying to trace his genealogy. Does anyone know of his ancestors? He had an uncle named Noah Horace Gillette, born in 1855 in Cortland County, New York. I believe he also had one set of great grandparents named Noah Humphrey Osborne and Eliza Azuba Thompson.
