It is thought by some that her last name may be YELVERTON, since there is a Yelverton Crowe (or Crowell) in the same areas as John Crowe. (The name Crowe became Crowell in the 1700's for ALL branches.) This Yelverton hypothesis was presented in NEHGR, Vol. 125, Oct. 1971.

Do you know if John Gillett(e) was an emigrant?
