There are so many of us who would like to have the information you possess. I understand it is too prohibitive to copy and mail your book. Is there any solution we can arrive at? I know we are all willing to pay for our share of reproduction and shipping costs. I, for one, have put the publishing of my own family book on hold until there is some resolution to dear, old Jacques.
