Doris Mae Gillett was born March 14, 1899 to Lewis Gillett and Lena Herring. She lived as a young woman in San Antonio, Texas. She had the following siblings: Keitha Gillett Betz, Louis Gillett, Fred Gillett, Amy Gillett Moore. She died February 19, 1934 in San Antonio, Texas. She married Robert Emerson Buckles and had three sons: Robert Louis Buckles, Eugene Walter Buckles, and Gail Gillett Buckles. Gail Buckles was my father. They also lived in Yoakum, Texas and Harlingen, Texas plus Houston area. Am trying to find more information on the Gillett side as well as the Buckles side. Anyone with any clues or links?
