Does anyone have a Lester Gillet in their database? Have recently come across two letters from him. Both originated from Farmington, CT and were addressed to Gustavus, OH. One was dated 1818 and the other was dated 1823. Both were addressed to Abisha Gillet, my husband's g-g-g-granduncle. The 1818 letter had a postscript to Josesph Hart, also of Gustavus, OH, and Abisha's uncle. Abisha is a half-brother to my husband's g-g-g-grandfather, Amos Gillet. Finding these letters have been an absolute treasure. Finding out who Lester's parents were would be icing on the cake! Can anyone help?
