trying to find Allison info by coming in the back door. This John Hayden Allison who married Mary Gillespie was the son of William and Lucy Allison of Wilkes Co NC. Any of the Gillespie researchers that might know something about the Allison line that Mary married into, please write. I have a big brick wall with that Allison line, the DNA test leads me there to probably the brother of John, William Allison who married Charity Elmore in Wilkes Co NC.
