I know my grandparents came from Edgar county Illinois(Paris,Brocton) area, and their parents lived there. My ggfather owned a hardware store and maybe partners with his bros. in a funeral home (maybe Paris, Il.) ggparents were Abraham Lincoln Gillis and Emma Jane Smith(3 kids Mary,Steve and Lelah Jane). EldridgeDavis and Elizabeth Goodpasture (many children, here are the names I know(Walter, Claude,Maude Dochia,Suella and Clarence) from same area. Grandparents came to Gary, Indiana to work in the mills and raise a family, their childern are(Thelma Ernistine,Maxine,William Lee, Elizabeth Joann, Marietta Jane).Amy help will be very appreciated.
