I am researching the families who attended my 2nd great-grandparents, Francis and Sarah (Norton) Robinson's 50th wedding anniversary which took place in Sharon Valley, Crawford Township, Cherokee County, KS., on 7 January 1899.

Apparently, my grandparents moved from Clay County, KS to Cherokee County, KS in 1890 because my grandmother, Sarah (Norton) Robinson had relatives there. In fact, she she died in 1902 and is buried in Cherokee County, KS. Who were the relatives?

Those attending my 2nd great-grandparent's wedding anniversary were:

Miles Sears and wife (name not given).
Harry Calvary and wife (name not given).
Fields Gillenwater and wife (name not given).
Henry McCartney and wife (name not given).
W.M. Benson and wife (name not given).

The source of this information attained from "The Modern Light, Thursday, 19 January 1899, page 7, col 2.

If you know of these individuals or have a family connection to them, please let me know.

Thanks in advance,
