This Giles family is the most troublesome and the most mystifiying of all the families I reserached (about 22 different surnames).

Perrin's only proven children are the four sons: John, William, Perrin, Jr. and Josiah. He may well have had daughers as well.

I hope you will keep me posted on anything you find.

The only people I have matched at the Y37 marker level on familytreedna.com are Carters.

I've been working on this for more than 40 years, so at 72 I'm a little pessimistic about finding answers to the Giles mysteries, but try to retain some hope!
