There was evidently a misprint in the "Gone to Alabama" series regarding Baxter Gilbreath's place of residence in 1820. The book states Baxter was in Jackson County, Tennessee. He was not, but there was a William Gilbreath there at that time. (William's reading: 300010200102). Baxter was in Wilson County, Tennessee in 1820. The reading:
1820 Wilson County, Tennessee census
Baxdr Gilbriath 400001001010001
He was the only one in Wilson. In Davidson County there was a John Gilbreath (100010201021), in Humphrey's a John J. Galbreth (41001021310010), and a John Galbrath (1000100010000010), in Sumner County an Andrew Gilbreth (3300102001004) and a Robert Gilbreath (030110000010302). That's Tennessee for 1820. By 1830 Baxter was in Blount County, Alabama.
