What info. can you share on The Spartanburg Gilberts? I have just found info. on my 3rd. gr grandmother, believed to have been Milly (Mildred?)Gilbert (dau. of James) m.Thomas Rountree c.1800, Fair Forrest, Union Dist. Which would have included Spartanburg. They moved shortly after to Lincoln Co. TN.
Any help would be appreciated
