Thanks for responding so quickly. I should have put in the facts that Nathaniel came from Royalton, VT. My wife still has ties to Randolph, VT. His wife Rachel is supposed to have come from Durham, CT (Middletown) Her father was Bela Strong.

Julie Cabo in a response 7/9/2000 to some query reports both Bela and his wife Eunice came from Durham, New York. Fam search.org is pretty clear that it is CT, tho.

Ray, I'm pretty new at this geneology business and I see you have been at it for many years. Any tips for when I hit a stone wall?
