A Gilbert line from Jones Co., NC has been tested. I don't know if it's part of yours or not, but this line has been researched back to John Gilbert of Taunton, MA. You can see the line here:

The DNA of the above Gilbert line does not match the DNA of the John Hale Gilbert and Jesse Gilbert lines of Anson Co., NC who match each other.
