Samuel T. Gilbert, the senior member of the firm Gilbert & Foote, general dealers in hardware, paints and oils, was born Sept. 2nd, 1853, in Thorold, Canada, and was married Oct. 27th, 1879, to ELLA M. MORRIS, of Otto, Cattaraugus Co., NY. He has been a resident of Arcade, Wyoming Co., NY since 1876.
