_Seth Gilbert moved to Charleston,SC where he married Elizabeth Screven. Eliz. Screven was (I think)
the daughter of Wm. Screven whom started 1st Baptist of Charleston. She may be the daughter of Elisha
Screven, whom designed the layout of the town of Georgtown,SC, which is 20 miles north of Charleston.
Their children were Joseph, Sarah, Elleanor, and Seth A. Gilbert. Joseph Gilbert married Rebecca Ruberry
and one of their children, Wm. Ruberry Gilbert is my great-great Grandfather. Wm R. Gilbert is buried in
Sion Baptist Cemetary where he lived most of his adult life. He was a carpenter. I would like to give you
more info on this branch of the Gilbert Family if you want. My cousin, David Gilbert has talk to you
