For everyone's benefit: I just got copies of all the probate documents of William Giggey who died 14 Nov 1858 in Greenwich, Kings Co.One document states he left a widow, 5 sons, namely Henry, John, James, George and Benjamin and 3 daughters, namely Mary Ann, Charlotte, and Margaret.Another document relinquishing administration in William's estate, states Elizabeth Giggey is relict (widow) of William and is signed by Elizabeth Giggey, Mary Ann Parker and Margaret Mowry (the last 2 are his daughters' married names?). There is another one of the probate documents, in very tiny writing that tells where the survivors were living in 1858:widow in Westfield, John & James in Kingston, George in Portland, St. John, Benjamin inBridgetown, NS, Mary Ann & Margaret in Westfield, and Charlotte in Carleton, St. John.
