My original ancestor did come from N. Ireland in 1774 to Boston then moved to NS. LAter other Giffins came back to the Boston area and there are some still there. Many remained in NS. Not sure what Isabella you are talking about I do not have anyone by that name. My ggrandfather Raymond came to the Boston area from NS late 1800's. HOpe this helps. jeanne
